3. Quote Requests
When you submit a quote request through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that:

4. TriGlobal Partner Referral
4.1 Overview
Moving to Australia works with TriGlobal, an international freight and removals network, as a trusted referral partner. Where we are unable to directly service a moving enquiry — for example due to origin country limitations, route availability, or capacity — we may refer your enquiry to TriGlobal so that a suitable member of their partner network can provide you with a quote and service your move.
4.2 Information Passed to TriGlobal
When a referral is made, we will pass the following information from your quote request directly to TriGlobal and/or their nominated network partner:
- Your full name, email address, and phone number
- Origin address or country and destination address or suburb
- Estimated move date
- Type and size of move (e.g. complete household, part household, boxes only)
- Inventory details or estimated volume where provided
- Any additional notes or requirements you included in your request
4.3 Your Consent
By submitting a quote request on our Website and ticking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to your moving request details being shared with TriGlobal and their partner network for the purpose of providing you with a removal quote. This consent is sought at the time of form submission and is a requirement for using our referral service.
If you do not wish your details to be shared with TriGlobal, please do not submit a quote request via our Website, or contact us directly to discuss alternative options.
4.4 TriGlobal's Responsibilities
Once your details are passed to TriGlobal, any quote, communication, or service agreement is between you and TriGlobal or their nominated partner. Moving to Australia is not a party to that arrangement and is not responsible or liable for the services, pricing, conduct, or outcomes delivered by TriGlobal or any member of their partner network.
TriGlobal will handle your personal data in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. We recommend reviewing TriGlobal's privacy policy before proceeding with their services.
4.5 Referral Fees
We may receive a referral fee or commission from TriGlobal in connection with a successful referral. This fee is paid by TriGlobal and does not affect the price you are quoted for your move. Our referral relationship does not constitute an endorsement of any specific service outcome.

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, tools, and code, is the property of Moving to Australia or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
